Making a purchase
To make a purchase please browse through our web site and once you have selected an item simply click add to basket on any item you wish to buy. Once you have finished click on View Basket at this point you can then click Continue to Checkout. You will then be asked to either login (if you are An existing customer) or register (if you are a new customer), you’ll then be transferred to our secure purchasing process via Paypal.
Payment
All payments are made via a secure payment process with Paypal. Payment can be made by either Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Amex, Delta or by a registered Paypal account.
Delivery
UK - For orders up to the value of £50 there is a nominal charge of £1.95. All orders over £50 delivery is free.
We aim to despatch all orders within 24hrs of them being received and all orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class.
International – For orders of any value there is a nominal charge of £3.95.
Returns
If FOR any reason you are unsatisfied with your goods please contact us within 7 days of receipt at sarah@geminesse.com and we will be happy to offer either an exchange or refund. Refunds will be credited promptly after goods have been received by us. We can’t take responsibility of any goods that go missing when being returned so we recommend that they are send by recorded delivery. Refunds will be for the original purchase price excluding postage costs.
If you receive your order and it is damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt at sarah@geminesse.com and we will be happy to offer either an exchange or refund. A full refund will be given including all postage costs once items have been received by us.
Where possible exchanges will be offered but as many pieces are “one off’s” there may be slight variations. Alternatively items can be exchanges for a different product.
For hygiene reasons no refunds or exchanges shall be offered on all earrings include those as part of a set.
